How to cancel an order

Cancelling an order with us is extremely easy, all you need to do is log in to the client portal and go to the overview page

Your active subscriptions are shown under "Your Active Products/Services"

After selecting the game service you'd like to cancel, you'll find a button to request cancellation of the service.
